IMAM AZHARI

 

Born in Indonesia, Imam has lived in Toronto since 2004. He grew up in an artistic family who encouraged his visual art. Imam has been developing interest in Trompe L’oeil art. It s part of his interest to use the detailed information of the object and realist art techniques to create an illusion, that reveals a deeper and strong truth in his painting and drawing. Also Imam has been combined  between modern elements with traditional art technique to create symbolic modern traditional art. Imam graduated from the Academy of Realist Art Toronto .
